The following organizations provide confidential, 24 hour support for individuals and families in need.

Immediate, confidential support for individuals experiencing emotional distress or crisis. Available by call or chat, 24 hours a day.


Crisis Text Line

Text based emotional support for moments when talking feels difficult. Trained volunteers provide real time conversation and grounding.

Information, guidance, and support for individuals and families navigating mental health concerns.
